Our beef comes from&nbsp;<a href="https://www.oakridgeangusranch.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Oak Ridge Angus</a>. Started as a dairy by&nbsp;Massimino LaFranchi in 1912, the family sold their awarding winning Aryshires in 1974 and bought the first generation of the Angus herd they raise now.
